New Delhi: Facebook’s WhatsApp has not backed down from its recently announced privacy policy. According to the latest information, WhatsApp has decided to go ahead with updating the controversial privacy policy along with India. However, the company hopes to allow users to read on their own and display a banner for additional information. Users must approve the new privacy policy by May 15. This means that the new WhatsApp rules and privacy policy will come into effect from May 15.
