The couple Jefferson Rueda and Janaína Rueda, at the head of A Casa do Porco and Bar da Dona Onça, created a Father’s Day menu for up to four people, and has a growler for Onça beer (1 liter), pork, salt and spices, the classic Porco San Zé (free-range pork roasted for six to eight hours), bean tutu, banana tartar, kale, onion farofa and milk pudding (360 reais).

The gift box comes with Onça beer growler (1 liter), head sausage, the famous Rueda royal mortadella, natural fermentation bread, mustard with tucupi, vegetable pickles, country sausage and caramel candies with vanilla (180 reais).

The house offers the traditional Omakasê (tasting menu) of 16 stages (395 reais, per person), offered at the disputed 8-seat counter (which currently operates with 6).
