The couple Jefferson Rueda and Janaína Rueda, at the head of A Casa do Porco and Bar da Dona Onça, created a Father’s Day menu for up to four people, and has a growler for Onça beer (1 liter), pork, salt and spices, the classic Porco San Zé (free-range pork roasted for six to eight hours), bean tutu, banana tartar, kale, onion farofa and milk pudding (360 reais).

The house offers the traditional Omakasê (tasting menu) of 16 stages (395 reais, per person), offered at the disputed 8-seat counter (which currently operates with 6). Executive chef Leonardo Russi developed the Petroniana cutlet, breaded filet mignon with Tartufato parmesan sauce, Parma ham and buffalo mozzarella. The dish with two sides (195 reais for two people), which can be chosen between Raviolo Fornarini with ricotta (ricotta ravioli with spinach, parmesan sauce and soft yolk); Rustic mashed potatoes with parmesan crunch (rustic mashed potato with parmesan crunch); and Tagliolino with black truffle butter (Fresh dough in butter with Black Truffles).
Already a tradition, Tartuferia offers a special kit (400 reais) for the date that has three Empório products – Tartufo Nero Macinato, Black Garlic with Truffles and Truffle Oil (100 ml) and an insert with two exclusive recipes from the chef event events Rodrigo Einsfeld: cod brandade al Tartufo and hummus (chickpeas) and Black garlic.

The Jazz Brasserie
Le Jazz Brasserie includes an unprecedented recipe for Father’s Day on the menu: a Roasted lamb palette with glazed carrots, spring onions and green beans, mint and Moroccan couscous with herbs (76 reais). Roasted whole, on the bone, for three hours, the palette is then deboned, cut into cubes and glazed in the oven with white wine.

Based on Brazilian tropical cuisine, chef Morena Leite created a special recipe for Father’s Day lunch at Capim Santo. The commemorative suggestion is the roasted pirarucu with golden banana on a taioba leaf, accompanied by shrimp and bisque farofa (123 reais).

Specializing in Argentine cuisine, this year’s suggestions are the latest on the menu. In the starters session, it’s worth starting with the Burrata (58 reais), which will appear alongside the house classics, such as Empanadas 348 (12 reais a unit).
Among the main dishes, the highlight is the Tomahawk (240 reais, to share), a succulent cut of ribeye on the bone, prepared on the parrilla. To accompany, traditional items such as Arroz Parrillero (rice with spicy sausage, egg and straw potatoes, 44 reais) and Papatasso Provenzal (fried potatoes with garlic and parsley, 49 reais).
As dessert, a special combination: Trio Crème Brûlée (42 reais) with the classic dessert of French origin in vanilla, Sicilian lemon and dulce de leche flavors.

Located at the Hotel Selina, the Green Kitchen restaurant will offer a 10% discount for parents who go there to celebrate the date. The restaurant offers a fully plant based menu.
On the menu, options such as Burrata Caprese (47.50 reais), which includes fresh fermented burrata, tomatoes, black olives, basil and arugula and Caesar Salad (36 reais), based on romaine lettuce, caesar sauce, herbs and vegan chickenless mini.
Among the main dishes, the highlight is Mac N’ Cheese (59 reais), based on rigatoni in a vegan cheese sauce, grilled mushrooms, pangrattato and finished with thyme, and Arroz Caldoso (59 reais), prepared with mini rice arboreal, herb sausage, vegan bacon, vegetables, watercress and truffled aiolli.
To finish, Vegan Chocolate Cake with Salted Caramel and Red Fruits (27 reais) and White Chocolate Tart (22 reais), made with cocoa dough with spices, white chocolate cream and fresh fruit.

Restaurateur Ipe Moraes created two Drink Boxes for Adega Santiago and Taberna 474. The wooden boxes carved with the logos of the two houses cost 220 reais. “I created the box thinking about the gift I would like to receive. A good drink accompanied by my favorite almonds and olives”, says Ipe.

QT Pizza Bar, launches a special flavor of the round in celebration of Father’s Day, for orders at the salon between August 8th, at the salon, delivery Where take away, our Gardens.
Chef Bruno Gonçalves was inspired by pasta for a new flavor. “We are used to eating lasagna and other Bolognese pastas, but never pizza. I wondered why we didn’t have it”.
The Pizza à Bolognese recipe (60 reais) includes tomato sauce, fior di latte, ground beef with truffle, Parmesan, and finished with onion and truffled parsley. The matching suggestion is an IPA from Baden Baden.
