After being crowned champion of the Copa Libertadores last Saturday (30), Palmeiras barely had time to rest and is already on the field again this Tuesday (2), at 4 pm (Brasília time), to face Botafogo. The duel, of the 33rd round of the Brazilian Championship, will be broadcast only on pay TV, SporTV (except the State of São Paulo) and Premiere for all of Brazil. The online options are Globoplay, Canais Globo and Premiere Play.
Played at Allianz Parque, Palmeiras x Botafogo on SporTV and Premiere will have narration by Everaldo Marques, with comments from Paulo Nunes (by video) and Casagrande. The reports will be of Felipe Diniz, and the Whistle Central will be in charge of Spinola Salvia.
SporTV subscribers are also able to follow live and online through the Canais Globo app or website, or by subscribing to the Globoplay + Canais Ao Vivo package, which costs R $ 42.90 in the annual package.
Another option to watch is Premiere Play. Pay-per-view streaming has a monthly cost of R $ 79.90, and can be accessed through the website or application. For the Premiere subscriber on pay TV, it is possible to use the operator’s data and login to the online version or Globoplay.
Champion of the Libertadores when defeating Santos in the final, Palmeiras will enter the field only with reservations, since the starters are concentrated for the match of the Club World Cup, played in Qatar. The team of coach Abel Ferreira will debut in the FIFA competition next Sunday (7). In the Brasileirão, Alviverde plays just to meet the table and appears in sixth place, with 52 points.
If the confrontation is not very important for Palmeiras, for Botafogo the duel is worth a lot. The alvinegro team is the tournament’s lantern, with just 23 points, and desperately needs the victory to react and stay alive to stay in Serie A.
The other game that closes the 33rd round of the Brasileirão is the classic Santos x Corinthians. The match, however, was postponed and will only be played on the 17th of this month, at 19h, in Vila Belmiro.
