Globo shows the films O Clã (2015) and O Preço da Vida (2017) in Corujão from dawn from Friday (12) to Saturday (13). The first feature, shown at 1:25 am, is a suspense based on real events from a family that kidnapped and killed people. Then, at 2:45 am, the public followed a doctor’s desperation when his wife and son took hostages while on vacation in the Bahamas.
The Clan is based on the real history of the Argentine upper-middle-class family Puccio, who in the 1980s became known for kidnapping and killing people. Led by patriarch Arquímedes (Guillermo Francella), they endeavored to maintain the appearance of normality.
The Argentine drama also features Peter Lanzani, Lili Popovich and Giselle Motta in the cast. Directed by Pablo Trapero.

Then, in The Price of Life, doctor Kevin Riley (Eoin Bailey) sees his wife, Julie (Bethany Joy Lenz), and their five-year-old son Andy (Mauricio Alemañy) being kidnapped while on vacation in the Bahamas.
In order to recover his family, the protagonist finds himself at the mercy of impetuous fishermen and enters a race against time. Barkhad Abdi, Danny Glover and Tim Griffin make up the rest of the cast.
