The singer Nego do Borel faces a new process that could result in the artist’s eviction from a property located in Jacarepaguá, in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The action was filed by the owners of the place, who allege that the artist committed contractual infractions by not paying expenses such as condominium fees, property tax and fire insurance. Nego do Borel would also have debts related to arrears. The property owners filed the lawsuit in June of this year at the 1st Civil Court of Rio de Janeiro.
