The singer Nego do Borel faces a new process that could result in the artist’s eviction from a property located in Jacarepaguá, in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro. The action was filed by the owners of the place, who allege that the artist committed contractual infractions by not paying expenses such as condominium fees, property tax and fire insurance. Nego do Borel would also have debts related to arrears. The property owners filed the lawsuit in June of this year at the 1st Civil Court of Rio de Janeiro. Wanted by Young pan, the Court of Justice explained that, according to the decision of Judge Marisa Simões Mattos Passos, the eviction lawsuit “it will be redistributed to one of the civil courts of the Jacarepaguá Region, where the disputed location is located”.
