On the phone, constant messages and notifications, whether from work or personal. And we cannot forget about social networks, which occupy a good part of the day. With this behavior becoming more and more recurrent during the pandemic, “running away from home” and leaving the online environment has become almost urgent. However, there is no need to travel long distances or be totally isolated: resorts surrounded by nature offer the desired “digital detox”.
