After announcing that Paramount + (read Paramount Plus) will arrive in Brazil on March 4, ViacomCBS revealed the monthly subscription price on Thursday (25). The streaming platform, which will have more than five thousand hours of content, arrives for R $ 19.90 for Brazilians.
Exclusive content from the Showtime channel will be available on the platform, such as Ray Donovan (2013-2020), Dexter (2006-2013) and Black Monday. The hits from Yellowstone and The Handmaid’s Tale also arrive at Paramount +.
The platform will be available for iOS and Android, as well as smart TVs. The service will also be distributed by Claro Brasil, Mercado Livre, Oi and Vivo. In addition, access can be made through the Paramount website (ParamoutPlus.com).
“Paramount + will provide consumers with a premium experience at a competitive price, making it essential for consumers and distribution partners,” said Kelly Day, president of streaming and chief operating officer at ViacomCBS Networks International, in a statement.
At launch, consumers in Brazil will be able to sign up for a free seven-day trial or opt for a monthly subscription of R $ 19.90. The price varies in other Latin American countries.
