Fábio Ramalho came out gay and took the opportunity to reveal the identity of her boyfriend: João Paulo dos Santos, 26 years younger. In a post on social media, the presenter of Record appears smiling beside his partner and used a positive message to evade possible hate attacks he could receive.
“For a happier world, where people can be what they want, with whom they want and how they want”, wrote the journalist, using the hashtags “no to homophobia”, “freedom” and “gay”. He heads the boards #Partiu and Acemos in Rio, at Balanço Geral RJ.
Ramalho is 45 years old, and João, 19. In social networks, the two did not hide the relationship, although the presenter was more restrained in his profile. Her boyfriend had already appeared in some photos, but there was never a caption so romantic that his followers noticed that it was a couple.
But in João’s profile the situation was different. The first publication with the famous boyfriend was made in August, and the caption gave the relationship that was in its beginning. “Life is not made up of breaths, but of moments that take our breath away,” wrote the boy. Fábio, in turn, validated the post with the comment: “Te amo, bebezão”.
The two started chatting on the web in mid-July, but the report did not get an exact date for the start of the relationship.
On social media, famous friends of Fábio supported his courage in making dating public. Ana Hickmann, for example, commented with a sequence of heart emojis and the word “love”.
