Ryan Reynolds posted a photo of the moment he got the Covid-19 vaccine in the United States on Wednesday. The Deadpool actor (2016) took the opportunity to mock conspiracy theorists who spread fake news during the pandemic: “I finally got 5G”.
The Reynolds caption refers to theories without a scientific basis that have spread on social networks, suggesting that 5G technology would be the cause of the disease caused by the new coronavirus, or even that the vaccine would be used to monitor people – without, of course , give logical explanations.
Vaccination against Covid-19 is based on age and priority groups. In the United States, however, the pace of immunization is ahead of Brazil, which means that, even at the age of 44, the artist has already achieved his dose.
Ryan Reynolds is remembered for his work on superhero films and fiction in recent years, such as those in the Deadpool franchise. This month, he watched the movie Green Lantern (2011) for the first time and shared his reactions in real time on Twitter.
