Globo shows the film Casseta & Planeta – The World Cup is Ours in Corujão at dawn on Monday (22), at 2h55 (Brasília time). The feature takes place in 1970, when three guerrillas come together to fight against DictatorshipMilitary (1964-1985) and decide to steal the Jules Rimet Cup, won by Brazil at the World Cup.
The trio made up of Frederico Eugênio (Bussunda), Peixoto Carlos (Hubert) and Denilson (Hélio de La Peña) goes through a few good times while trying to escape the forces of repression. The comedy was released in 2003 and directed by Lula Buarque.
The film also features Maria Paula Fidalgo, Marcelo Madureira, Beto Silva, Tony Tornado and Deborah Secco.
