At 79, Betty Faria received this Monday (1st) the first dose of the vaccine against Covid-19. The actress was immunized at the service station of the planetarium, in Gávea, in Rio de Janeiro. On site, she gave a quick interview to GloboNews and criticized the parties held during Carnival in February and the behavior of the population in the pandemic.

“People talk so much about spirituality, but spirituality is solidarity. Solidarity with these dead and the people who are still alive. I do not understand and do not accept Carnival parties. I do not understand and do not accept how people have this type of education. The people need to be educated because it is a tragedy, “she said.

The veteran was eager to receive the immunizer. Yesterday (28), the artist shared a publication from the Government of Rio de Janeiro celebrating that the capital of Rio de Janeiro would start vaccinating elderly 79-year-olds today. According to the released calendar, people in this age group will receive the vaccine dose until Wednesday (3).

On Instagram, Elvira’s interpreter in A Força do Querer made the record being immunized. “Bigger and vaccinated,” wrote the actress, yet another personality taking the first dose of the immunizer.

Several well-known names on TV have already received the first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. Among them, Raul Gil, Ary Fontoura, Cecília Malan, Globo correspondent in London who, even at the age of 37, is part of the risk group, the doctor and columnist for the Fantastic Drauzio Varella, the couple Tarcísio Meira and Glória Menezes, José Bonifácio Oliveira Sobrinho, Boni, Silvio Santos, Laura Cardoso, Elza Soares and Lima Duarte.
