The world’s No. 1 tennis player ‘lost his head’ during the match against German Alexander Zverev, in the Australian Open quarterfinals
The Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic had a rage on Tuesday, 16, during the clash against Alexander Zverev, for the quarterfinals of the Australian Open. Angered after failing to score, the world number 1 hit his racket hard three times in a row, smashing his work instrument. The incendent happened when he won by 2 sets to 0 (7 to 6 and 6 to 2), but lost the third by (3 to 1). The match is still in progress.
The Australian Open reserves our other two important final matches, such as Grigor Dimitrov x Aslan Karatsev, Andrey Rublev x Daniil Medvedev and Stefanos Tsitsipas x Rafael Nadal. The expectation is that Nadal, currently number 2 in the ATP ranking, will reach the final with Djokovic.
