Luiz Eduardo Baptista, vice president of external relations at the Flamengo, e Paulo Cesar Pereira, VP of the Rio de Janeiro club’s general secretary, used their Twitter accounts to complain about the refereeing scale of the CBF set for the team’s next two games in the Brazilian championship.
