Before the career statutes of public sector teachers, the Scientific Research Career Statute will be revised, guaranteeing the integration in the careers of doctorates currently hired for a fixed term under the Foundation for Science and Technology, with separate entry mechanisms. and career advancement.
The revision also encompasses the creation of a legal regime for teaching and research staff in private higher education establishments.
Institutions will have 18 months of dating after the entry into force of the new diploma, but the Government admits “longer deadlines for smaller establishments”.
