The then Chandrababu government allotted 150 acres per acre and SRM University 200 acres per acre for Rs 50 lakh.
Amrita University sold 200 acres at Rs 50 lakh per acre and BRS Medicity 100 acres at Rs 50 lakh per acre. RBI has been allotted 11 acres for Rs 1 crore, CAG 17 acres for Rs 60 crore lease and Indian Navy 15 acres for Rs 60 crore lease for Rs 60 crore. 1.10 acres of land leased to FCI for Rs 4 crore. 0.75 acres of land for Rs 4 crore to LIC, 3.30 acres of land for Rs 4 crore to SBI, 2.65 acres of land for Rs 4 crore to Bank of India, 1.5 acres of land to Bank of India for Rs 4 crore, 0.40 acres of land for Rs 4 crore to New India Assurance Company 1.93 acres of land for Rs.
