New Delhi: Delhi police on Monday arrested another accused in connection with the Red Fort riots on the day of the farmers’ tractor parade. Jaspreet Singh was arrested a week after Maninder Singh was arrested on January 26 for allegedly playing a talwar at the Red Fort.
Jaspreet Singh was arrested following information revealed in the Maninder Singh investigation. He will remain in police custody for two days. Jaspreet Singh was found standing on the Red Fort dome on January 26 holding a steel rod. So far, police have arrested about 120 accused in the riots case.
