The BES case has been stalled for eight months. The delay is due to a translation into French of the four thousand pages of the file, necessary to notify three Swiss defendants.
According to Newspaper, which advances the news this Thursday, the BES process is at a standstill and the defendants have been waiting for eight months to receive the accusation related to the case.
