The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has stepped up its aggression in the run-up to the forthcoming four state assembly elections. The BJP, which has focused on institutional strengthening the party, has appointed in-charges for four states. The BJP headquarters has issued a statement appointing several Union ministers and key leaders to the post. Tamil Nadu has appointed Kishan Reddy, Assistant Minister of State for Home Affairs, in-charge of elections and VK Singh, Assistant Minister of State for Home Affairs, as co-in-charge. Also, Union Ministers Narendrasingh Tomar will be in-charge of Assam, Jitendrasingh will be the co-in-charge, Prahlad Joshi will be the in-charge of Kerala, Karnataka Deputy CM Ashwat Narayan will be the co-in-charge, Puducherry Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal will be the co-in-charge.
