Prime Time Zone, Webdesk: The Military Nursing Service, conducted annually by the Indian Army, invites applications from eligible female candidates for admission to the four-year BSc (Nursing-2021) course.
Those who complete the course will be offered a job in the Permanent / Short Service Commission in the Military Nursing Service.
Course Name: BSc (Nursing‌) Course-2021
Total seats: 220
There are 6 nursing colleges in New Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, Aswini, Lucknow and Bangalore. The distribution of 220 seats in all colleges will be as per.
CON, AFMC, 40 seats in Pune, CON, CH (EC) 30 seats in Kolkata, CON, INHS 40 seats in Aswini CON, AH (R&R) 30 seats in New Delhi, CON, CH (CC), 40 seats in Lucknow, CON, CH (AF) ) 40 seats in Bangalore
Eligibility: Pass with at least 50% marks in Inter or 10 + 2 or equivalent examination in Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) with first attempt at English subjects. Must have certain physical standards (at least 152 cm in height). Unmarried / Divorced / Legal Divorced Women can also apply.
Age: Must have been born between October 1, 1996 and September 30, 2004.
Application Fee: The application fee of Rs.750 / – can be paid by debit card, credit card or net banking. Candidates should note that the fee once paid will not be refunded.
Option: Computer Based Examination (CBE), Interview
Candidates are selected based on their performance in the entrance test (online mode), interview round and fulfillment of medical criteria. The CBE exam lasts 90 minutes. It will be held in April 2021. Those who clear the entrance test and are on the merit list will be called for the interview round in June 2021.
Examination Procedure: The test must be completed within 90 minutes of the online (CBT) procedure. The exam consists of 50 multiple choice-type questions. There is no negative marking or negative marking on the test

Note: Candidates can select the examination center according to preference after paying the application fee. Allotment of examination centers will be done on ‘First Application-First Allocation’ basis. Thus submit the form in a timely manner.
