A case has been registered against former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu’s personal secretary Manohar. The case was registered by the police on a complaint that Manohar had threatened Anjali, who had filed her nomination with YCP support for Vepur Mittapalli gram panchayat in Kuppam mandal of Chittoor district.

The victim Anjali had lodged a complaint with the police alleging that Shivalakshmi’s husband Manjunath and Manohar, who had filed nomination with TDP support in the Vepur Mittapalli gram panchayat elections, had threatened to kill her if the nomination was not withdrawn. Police have registered a case against Manjunath and Chandrababu’s personal secretary Manohar under sections 448, 323, 506 Red with 34 of the IPC in connection with the case.
