Prime Time Zone, Telangana Bureau: The CM directed the KCR collectors to set up rice procurement centers in all the villages without causing any inconvenience to the farmers. On Tuesday, CM KCR, along with Chief Secretary to Government Somesh Kumar, held a video conference with district collectors from BR KR Bhavan. The meeting reviewed issues related to rural development, National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, Green Dew, Integrated Veg and Non Veg Markets, Dharani, Kovid-19, Rice procurement. CM KCR congratulated the Chief Secretary, District Collectors and Panchayati Raj Department officials on the successful completion of the farmer platforms and the provision of visible and durable assets in the villages through NREJS.
He asked collectors to plan to distribute six plants to each household. The Special Officer of each zone was advised to visit the nurseries and see to it that the plants survive. Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar has directed the district collectors to personally select and select suitable sites for the integrated veg and non-veg market. It was ordered to work hard to complete these markets within the next six months. Collectors were congratulated for the excellent work done in Dharani. Urged to clear pending cases quickly.
