Conquering cancer .. A woman preparing for space travel

Prime Time Zone, Features: It is known that ‘Space X’ is being set up to send private individuals into space through the Dragon Crew capsule. Considered to be the first private spaceflight, the mission is being led by Isaacman, CEO of Shift 4 Payments. While allocating three seats on the spacecraft to the general public, the Inspiration 4 crew will be trained on the Falcon 9 spacecraft along with the Dragon spacecraft. Hayley Arsinox, a 29 – year – old American woman who was diagnosed with cancer as a child and conquered the epidemic after treatment, is about to enter space.

Hayley is currently working as a Physician Assistant at St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee. Hayley was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 10 and was treated at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He underwent surgery on his knee at the time and was fitted with a titanium rod. Isaacman, who is collecting donations for St. Jude’s Hospital through this space mission, was assigned one of the four seats to the hospital, of which Haley was selected. In this context, Haley will make history as the youngest American and prosthetic person to enter space.

‘Being part of the Inspiration 4 crew, I still can’t believe that fact. This is a rare honor for me. This opportunity is giving hope to many cancer patients like me. This was made possible by St. Jude’s Hospital. When I was just 10 years old, St. Jude gave me the opportunity to grow up, ‘said Hayley. Now working in a similar research hospital, I am fulfilling my dream of traveling around the world. I am an example of what is possible if man thinks. That is why I am working as a nurse and giving courage to children suffering from leukemia and lymphoma, ”she said.
