Husband kills wifes mother: A son-in-law scolds his aunt for not letting his wife meet him. The rumor then swirled that she had died of a heart attack. Police arrived on the scene with the daughter’s complaint and conducted a post-mortem and concluded that her death was not a natural death. The incident took place in Kamareddy district. Najima Begum, 48, a resident of Ashok Nagar Colony in the district headquarters, died 75 days ago. However, Asma Begum complained to the police that Najima Begum was killed by her husband Venkataswamy and uncle Shafi for the property. Following her complaint, doctors conducted a post-mortem on Najima’s body under the supervision of the police at Brahmanapalli, Thadwai Mandal, the deceased’s hometown. However, doctors confirmed that Nazimadi was not a natural death.
Venkataswamy and Shafi were later taken into police custody and interrogated. During the interrogation, his son-in-law Venkataswamy confessed to killing Gontu Nulimi, police said. He admitted that he had raised the faction against his aunt for not meeting his wife Asma Begum. Kamareddy town CI Madhusudan said that Swami was arrested and remanded to this extent. The case was initially registered as a suspicious case. The police said that these facts came to light later in the investigation.
