New Delhi: The Delhi Police has written a letter to prevent farmers from Punjab and Haryana from entering Delhi. In a letter to the DGPs of the two states, he said tensions were high in Delhi. He warned that there was a security problem on January 26 and that if they were allowed into Delhi, there was a threat of a recurrence of such situations. So the respective states were advised to prevent them from leaving. He also demanded details of protesters, women and children coming to Delhi. About 300 farmers from Rewari were diverted to Delhi by a train, after which they were traveling to Delhi on other modes of transport.
