CM KCR put a full stop to the campaign going on for some time on the change of CM in Telangana. He assured the leaders that he would be the CEO himself and that strict action would be taken if anyone spoke on the issue anymore. KCR, who spent almost six hours in Telangana Bhavan, not one, not two, directed the party leaders on party organizational matters. A wide-ranging meeting of the TRS state executive committee chaired by CM KCR was held at Telangana Bhavan. CM KCR spoke at length on the occasion on the latest developments taking place in the party.
During the meeting, CM KCR flagged off the leaders’ talk of a change of CM. KCR erred in saying that the leaders spoke on the change of CM respectively. I told the leaders that I would be the CEO. He warned that strict action would be taken if anyone spoke on the issue anymore. It is reported that the leaders, who were stunned by the chief’s warnings, once again took up the topic and talked to each other. In this context, KCR directed the leaders on the organizational structure of the party.
KCR said TRS would launch the party membership registration program from February 12. Leaders have been given a deadline to complete membership registration by the end of February. Party committees from village level to district level will be formed in March. In addition to the formation of the state committee in April, the party will hold a plenary. It is learned that KCR said in the meeting that if any district leaders come forward, they will hold a public meeting in that district.
KCR announced at the party working committee meeting that the names of the candidates for the post of Greater Hyderabad Mayor and Deputy Mayor will be given in a sealed cover on the 11th of this month. On the 11th, KCR ordered the Greater People’s Representatives to come to Telangana Bhavan along with the corporators and everyone in the Bhavan to go to GHMC together. There is still suspense over who the mayor will be. KCR handed over the responsibility of mayoral election to party working president KTR. KCR spent a total of 6 hours busy in Telangana Bhavan and discussed many issues and did not even leave the ministers. KCR was outraged that ministers were ignoring MLAs in districts. He warned the MLAs not to do any activities in the constituency without their knowledge from now on.
