Madhya Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel presented her doctorate certificate at the graduation ceremony held at Vikram University Campus. The Governor lauded Sasikala on the occasion for proving that education has nothing to do with age .. He asked the students to look at him and be inspired.
While it was Sasikala’s dream to do a PhD, she could not because of a lecturer job. After retiring as a lecturer she decided to do a PhD as she found time. University Vice-Chancellor Mithila Prasad Tripathi submitted her research papers on ‘Brihita Samhita’ under the guidance of ‘Maharishi Panini’ and obtained her doctorate. While many are taking rest after retirement .. Shashikala, who took the books back to make his dream come true, is fortunate to have completed his Ph.D.
