Make chicken pakoda

Ingredients needed:

Boneless chicken – half a kg
Senagapindi-2 tbsp
Ginger – small piece
Garlic – Six rebs
Chili-2 tbsp
Garam masala -1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Yogurt -1 tbsp
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
Coriander and mint per bundle
Salt – enough to taste
Not enough for oil-frying

Preparation:

First take coriander, mint, ginger and garlic and mix well. Now take the chicken in a bowl and add coriander powder, garam masala, chilli, yoghurt, lemon juice and coriander paste. Soak the spiced pieces for at least four hours.

Then add a tablespoon of oil and rice flour to the chicken mixture. Now heat oil in a pan and add chicken with pineapple. Tasty chicken pakoda is ready if you fry it on medium flame till it turns golden in color and serve it with onions and lemon slices on a plate.
