Telangana Tribal, Women and Child Welfare Minister Mrs. Satyavathi Rathod visited Mulugu District Medaram. Sammakka – Saralamma visited Ammavarla on the occasion of the opening of the Medaram Mini Fair. As part of this, they visited and worshiped Gattamma Amma in Mulugu.
Minister Satyavathi Rathore said that Telangana festivals have been recognized under the leadership of Chief Minister KCR Gary. He said it created an atmosphere where people could celebrate festivals happily. In particular, the Telangana government has arranged for the Medaram fair in a way that no other government has done in the past and has provided propaganda, transport and other facilities for devotees from all over the world to come here and visit Ammavar.
All arrangements have been made without any difficulty even for the devotees coming for the Mini Medaram Jatara which will be held from today till the 27th. The Minister was accompanied by Mrs. Satyavathi Rathore along with former MP Professor Sitaram Nayak and local leaders.
