The issuance of non-bailable warrants by the Nampally court to two key leaders of the ruling party in the AP has caused a stir in the political circles. So why did the court give non-bailable warrant to Minister Kannababu and MLA Ambati Rambabu ..? Conflict with Heritage? Didn’t these two leaders really respect court orders? Until yesterday, cases were registered only against opposition leaders in Andhra Pradesh. However, all these are illegal cases .. TDP leaders have been incensed that YCP leaders are joining the party and filing cases against them. However, a non-bailable warrant has been issued against Agriculture Minister Kursala Kannababu and Sattenapalli MLA Ambati Rambabu recently.
Both of them did not appear for the hearing in the defamation case filed by Heritage. The House of Representatives in Nampally, Hyderabad has issued a non-bailable warrant against both the accused in the case. The tribunal clarified that the next adjournment must come. The next hearing is set for May 24.
The company has filed a defamation suit alleging that Kannababu and Ambati had made harsh remarks against Heritage in the past. The two leaders did not attend the hearing while the case was being heard in the House of Representatives. Although the court ordered the two to appear for trial on February 5, it was ignored. The tribunal also expressed displeasure over the absence of Heritage Officer Sambamurthy during the last adjournment. If so, the case has made it clear at the last hearing that it will be difficult to move forward.
The court first heard the case less than two months ago. Even then the court became serious as the two were not present. The case was adjourned to February 5. The court was outraged that Kannababu and Ambati Rambabu did not appear for the latest hearing. The court issued a non-bailable warrant against the minister as well as the MLA for non-compliance with the orders. The court adjourned the case till the 24th of this month.
Minister Kannababu responded to the non-bailable warrant issued by the Nampally court. He said the courts had a lot of respect for them and Light had never taken their orders. Kannababu said the court had issued a “non-bailable warrant” considering the disrespect due to miscommunication in the Heritage case. The minister said that the farmers who bought buffaloes with loans from the bank had spoken on the condition that the milk coming from them should go to Heritage. Heritage responded to this. Kannababu said that a defamation case has been filed against them.
Minister Kannababu said that they are going to every hearing in this case and in the meantime MLA Ambati Rambabu has come to attend the hearing. Kannababu said he could not attend the election rush this time. The Advocate had to go on their behalf but the Minister said that something had gone wrong somewhere due to a communication gap. Minister Kannababu said that this was not a big issue and that he would continue the legal battle against Heritage.
Nampally court issued non-bailable warrant to Kannababu and Ambati Rambabu for not appearing in the Heritage case on Friday. The court issued a non-bailable warrant stating that the next installment must come.
