The Attorney General’s Office also requests that the Court interrupt the trial of Sergio Moro’s suspicion until there is a decision on the leaked talks.
A Attorney General’s Office (PGR) asked the Federal Supreme Court (STF) judge in plenary whether the messages seized by the Operation Spoofing can be used in processes. The operation was the one that investigated the invasion of cell phones by several authorities. The Supreme Court was also asked that, until there is a decision on the matter, the Second Panel of the Court interrupts the judgment of the former judge Sergio Moro about his possible bias in the former president’s convictions Lula within the scope of Car wash. The trial was suspended after Minister Nunes Marques asked for visas. Until then, the issue is tied in two by two. In this Thursday’s request, the PGR cited the importance of defining the matter, as the process may have other consequences. There is still no deadline for the resumption of judgment in the Second Panel of the Supreme Court.
