A task-force who coordinates the covid-19 vaccine program announced today that “a plan is being drawn up” to deactivate the vaccination centers, a gradual process that will begin when 85% of the population is fully vaccinated.

According to the same source, against the rcurrent rhythm eduction, the vaccination centers, which are operating in an “open house” mode and without restrictions on age groups or place of residence of the users, are to adapt the “resources and professionals available to the planned vaccination needs”. The approximately 300 vaccination centers against covid-19, created in cooperation between health services and local authorities, mobilized between 4,500 and 5,000 professionals and volunteers daily.
A task-force which coordinates the logistics of vaccination, also reaffirmed that it expects to achieve, in the last week of this month, 85% of the population with complete vaccination against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. According to the latest data from the General Directorate of Health (DGS), released last week, 85% of the population (about 8.7 million people) has already received at least one dose of the vaccine and 78% (almost eight million) had already completed vaccination.
