With the decision, a bill can be voted at any time in the House; loan model was created to help entrepreneurs in the pandemic
A Chamber of Deputies approved on Tuesday, 4, the urgency request for the bill (PL) that makes the National Support Program for Micro and Small Enterprises (Pronampe) permanent. Considering that there is an order to vote on the projects in the Chamber, with the approval of the urgency request, the proposal on the Pronampe is authorized to go ahead of the other projects and be voted on in the House at any time. Created to support micro and small businesses impacted by the economic effects of the pandemic, the loan model makes it possible to grant cheap credit to help entrepreneurs. THE Credit line granted by Pronampe can correspond to up to 30% of the company’s annual gross revenue in 2019. For companies with less than one year of operation, the limit is up to 50% of its share capital or up to 30% of the average gross monthly revenue – as the entrepreneur prefers. With the resources guaranteed by Pronampe, applicants can make investments in their companies or pay operating expenses. Institutions that contract the credit line cannot fire employees for at least 60 days from the receipt of the last installment of the loan.
