Large broccoli head, cut into small florets
Cut Carrots- 2
Chopped onion- 1
Finely chopped garlic, cloves- 2
Large bunch – fresh chopped parsley-1
Yogurt 3 tbsp
3 cups of boiled vegetable broth
Slightly pepper powder
* Do not take a plate first and add carrots, onion, spinach, celery stalks, garlic and boiled vegetable broth.
* First boil everything in a medium flame for a while and then cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
* Add broccoli in the same mixture and heat for another five minutes.
* Add parsley, salt and pepper and mix until creamy using a hand mixer.
* Then add yogurt and mix well. Nutritionists say to take this soup.
