Union Minister Giriraj Singh has called on the authorities to stick to those who do not come forward to solve the problems of the people.
Union Minister Giriraj Singh has called on the authorities to stick to the people who do not come forward to solve the problems of the people. He said he was furious to ignore this responsibility and hit anyone with sticks if they behaved excessively. Giriraj Singh said that many people came to him and especially mentioned the negligence of the authorities. Many have complained that the authorities do not care about their problems and are tired when it comes to hearing. He said he would not tolerate this kind of trend.
He asked why you come to me for the solution of small problems, he said that there are so many MPs, MLAs, other people’s representatives, officials, what is the problem if they are discharging their responsibilities properly. He commented passionately that if your difficulties are not solved hold the stick in both hands and stick it on the head alone. Even then, people applauded that Giriraj Singh would be behind you if you did not listen. Some of his remarks in the past also caused a stir in the party. He made similar remarks when the BJP lost the Delhi elections. Giriraj Singh’s remarks on Pakistan, India and Muslims were especially reprimanded by Home Minister Amit Shah. He warned that such comments would hurt the party. However, Giriraj Singh did not give up. Now Giriraj Singh’s suggestion to hit the authorities with sticks also seems to be pushing the party into chaos.
| If someone (any government official) doesn’t listen to your grievances, hit them with a bamboo stick. Neither we ask them to do any illegitimate job, nor will we tolerate illegitimate ‘nanga nritya’ by any official: Union Minister Giriraj Singh in Begusarai, Bihar
