Surya Namaskar: Many changes have taken place in human life now. Job in corporate organizations is everyone’s dream .. but there is a lot of stress while doing the job. To give relief from that stress, health experts suggest giving priority to daily physical activity and exercise. However, we neglect health by not giving priority to exercise as time is not enough. However, the best solution for such people is sun salutation. It does not take you more than ten minutes a day to do these sun salutations. However, the health benefits of this are many.

Surya Naskaras are the perfect combination of yogasana, pranayama, mantra and chakra meditation. Doing so in the Brahma Muhurat will give the most result. There is a mention of sun masks in Vedic mythology. Before the war with Ravanasuridi, Agastya Mahamuni taught Surya salutations to Lord Rama. These verses are in Valmiki’s Ramayana war stalk.

Sun salutations strengthen the lungs, gastrointestinal tract, nervous system, heart and other organs, improve blood circulation and increase erection. The waist is thinned. The chest blossoms. These increase immunity. Makes the spine stronger. Takes a good night’s sleep. Gets a better physique. The working of the internal organs is good. Increases vitamin D levels. Corrects the imbalance of hormones.

At sunrise one should stand facing the sun and do sun salutations. However this asana should not be done by pregnant women after the third month, during periods. No longer should hernia and BP patients.
