KRMB meeting  : The Krishna River Ownership Board Tripartite Committee will meet again on the 5th of this month. The meeting will be attended by Engineer-in-Chiefs of Irrigation Departments of the two states along with the Member Secretary of Krishnanadhi Ownership Board. Telangana has erred over the EP government’s decision to launch a new uplift scheme for the Srisailam project water transfer. However, a dispute has recently arisen between the Telugu states over the Krishna waters. In this context, they will discuss issues related to water allocations, water quota, board transfer to AP, funding and projects for the two states.
