Going into details .. crores of rupees came in the lottery of a village called Somanahalli in Mandya district of Karnataka.
A young man named Shohan Balaram recently went to Kerala for his relatives’ wedding. After the wedding he went to the house of a friend named Devdas Prabhakar who was staying in the same village. He bought the Kerala Bhagyamitra lottery for Rs 100 in the hope that luck would come along in the shop run by Devadas there. He later returned to Somanahalli with his family. On the way, his friend called and said that a lottery of crores of rupees had come for the ticket bought by Balaram.
At first his friend Shohan Balaram wanted to play. Shohan Balaram later withdrew after forcing him to return to Kerala with the ticket he had bought. On the other hand, he actually made crores of rupees in the lottery. Locals said that out of about 48 lakh people who buy lottery tickets, only five get lucky. With that, the joy of the lifer was boundless. Balaram said he would grow his business with that money.
