Prime Time Zone, Telangana Bureau: Land does not grow .. does not burn .. but the Revenue, Stamps and Registration branches together double the original. Yes .. this is true. The land was produced. More acreage was made in the records than at the field level. Not for one .. Sold to many. The same land .. Cases sold to many are coming to light. Due to errors in the previous registration process, the registration was done on a case-by-case basis. Once upon a time, many people were deceived by selling a large area alone. There is a great deal of difference between the Khasra pahani and the pahani of today, and the acreage in the Sealdeeds. Many such scams have also come to light in the purges of land records. Many people now have sale deeds. Dharani applied for mutations on the portal. But according to revenue records, the situation is not going well. The calculation is being made as if the acreage in the survey number has been sold in excess. Mainly in Rangareddy, Medchal, Vikarabad, Nallagonda, Yadadri, Bhubaneswar, Sangareddy and Medak districts, there are records of unsold sales. With the latest mutations inevitably changing, Dharani is uploading and applying for sale deeds through the portal. Hundreds applied in each zone. But technology is blocking mutations as the RSR differs. Khasra should be in Dharani equal to the area mentioned in Pahani. It seems that the then illegal activities posed a threat to the present tehsildars.
The process of mutations is pending in many zones across the state. Although Dharani applied on the portal, it was not technically approved for consideration. The reasons in this order do not accrue to the applicants. Even tehsildars and staff could not say why it was pending. They bought it for Rs. Lakhs. There are sale deeds. Stamp duty paid. Tehsildars say applicants are being pressured to do the mutation. However, in order to complete the process through the Dharani portal, the RSR has to be corrected. Revenue officials are making it clear that it cannot be done with the records currently registered. Due to this, all the applications have to be pending.
Difficulties for mutations with irregularities
The Rangareddy District Yacharam Mandal has sold three and a half times more than the original land in the five survey numbers in Nandivanaparthi. The total area in Survey Nos. 356, 358, 359, 360, 361 is 64 acres. But if you count the sales that stretched over 60, it was 291 acres. That is three and a half times. 13.32 acres in Survey No. 360 and 15.39 acres in Survey No. 361 in Nandivanaparthi? When did the graduates in Khasra Pahani, Chesla Pahani, Setwar, Takta and Chaupasla records die? Who signed the records saying they were sold or created? When are the registrations completed? Dead Warretla came and signed the registration documents? Who are their real descendants? Why the difference between the names in the first records and the names of those sold in the sell-outs? Irregularities will come to light if answers to such questions are found. Understand how innocent the buyers are and what sectors the illegals belong to. Information that has also been purchased by people who have worked in the Revenue, Stamps and Registration Department and retired. Some of these have been mutated. Most people only have celluloids nearby. Not registered in Pahani. There is no land in the field. They do not know where the land they bought is. So many people have applied for the mutation. Information that is all now pending.
How much is in Khasra?
According to Khasra Pahani in Survey Nos. 356, 358, 360, 361, 369 in Nandivanaparthi Revenue, more than three times the area was sold, according to Saildeeds and Pahani. Officials of the Department of Stamps and Registration were able to do their job as there was no provision to register at least if the farmer had title deed and pass books. The cases were registered under Prohibition Order Book (POB) 22A. There are certificates issued by the Ibrahimpatnam Sub-Registrar that registrations should not be made on these lands. Survey Nos. 360, 361 VRVO P. Radhakishanrao, who was working at the time and witnessed the transaction on January 30, 2010 at the request of the original owners, gave a written statement. There were many errors in Survey Nos. 360 and 361. It was confirmed that the names of others were recorded instead of the original graduates, and that many documents were erroneous. But the process of registrations was not hampered. Revenue sources say there are many such villages.
Many of the districts
Mainly areas where the real estate business is thriving are selling more than the acreage in the survey number. In some villages the patta lands were sold. There are allegations that it took place on adjacent government lands. According to locals, surveying the remaining acreage of government land in most villages in Maheshwaram, Kandukur, Balapur, Shamshabad, Gandipeta, Shadnagar, Shabad, Moinabad and Shankarpalli mandals will reveal irregularities. There are allegations that some large farmers are selling their land and cultivating it on adjacent forest lands and government lands. The extent of the survey numbers bordering the forest lands and the extent of the sale are likely to shed light on a number of facts.
