Toolkit Case: A Delhi court on Tuesday granted bail to climate change activist Disharavi in ​​a toolkit case. She was granted bail on a surety bond of Rs. Pro-Khalistan group .. Delhi police allege that she was involved in anti-India propaganda through the Poetic Justice Foundation. It is learned that they have also registered an FIR against Nikhita Jacob and Shantanu Muluk. However, Shantanu and Nikhit got pre-transit bail from the court. Meanwhile, a Delhi court has expressed displeasure over the attitude of the police in the toolkit case. The court questioned Disharavi as to what evidence you had gathered to link the January 26 incident in Delhi. The judge also questioned what the original tool kit was. He opined that the evidence they submitted in this case was vague.

However, her lawyer told the court that her client’s family had to submit a bail bond of Rs 1 lakh, which was too much. Eyewitnesses said she was moved to tears by the sight of her relatives as she was first brought to the court room. Police have filed a petition in Patiala House Court seeking extension of Prime Time Zone’s custody for another four days. A Delhi court yesterday issued an order extending her custody for another 24 hours. Police also questioned Shantanu Muluk and Nikhita Jacob on Tuesday morning. During the trial, the police asked the court to deny her bail as she had made allegations against the two.
