TVS Star City Plus: Various auto companies are launching new models of bikes in the market every day. The number of people buying two-wheelers is increasing day by day. Auto companies are launching new models to attract consumers. Many motorists are now turning to higher mileage vehicles in the wake of rising petrol prices. The new Star City Plus bike from Tagaza TVS Motor has hit the market. This TVS Star City Plus bike comes with a BS6 engine. Sales of the bike have also started. The company has released the bike model in 2 variants in monotone and dual tones. These variants are priced at Rs 62,034 and Rs 62,534 respectively.
The BS6 monotone variant is more expensive at Rs 8,532 than the BS4 variant. The 2020 TVS Star City Plus bike features a BS6 compliant 109cc engine with a fuel injection system. The two-wheeler engine produces 8.08 bhp and 8.7 Nm of peak torque at 4,500 rpm, company officials said. This vehicle has a 4 speed gearbox. The top speed of the bike is 90 kilometers per hour. The company claims that the fuel injection technology used in the bike will increase its fuel system (mileage) by 15%. Engines that meet BS6 standards come with better durability and handling.
Bike USB Mobile Charger, Dual Tone Seat, Advanced Features:
The 2020 TVS Star City Plus bike features updated LED engines, new LED headlamps, redesigned rear view mirrors and revised fairing. It also has features like USB mobile charger and dual tone seat. There is no change in the suspension setup of the bike. TVS’s new Star City bike telescopic shock absorber features 5-stage adjustable shock absorbers on the front and rear, company executives said.
