Vishnu Sahasranamam: Maghamasam Shukla Paksham Ekadashi Maghamasam is very sacred. Today Bhishma Ekadashi is celebrated as Antarvedi Ekadashi. It is believed that Vishnu Sahasranama was born today .. Bhishma on Ampashayya taught these Vishnu Sahasranamas to the Pandavas .. hence the Pandavas were victorious in the battle of Kurukshetra .. The recitation of such Vishnu Sahasranamas is very unique. On this Bhishma Ekadashi, chanting the Vishnu Sahasranama brings many blessings.
