The Rio Grande do Sul Association of Radio and Television Broadcasters (Agert) released a note of solidarity after the senator on Sunday, 1st. Renan Calheiros forward a request for breach of bank secrecy of the Young pan To CPI to Covid. The entity, which has more than 58 years of services provided to broadcasting, declared that it “externals its full support and solidarity” to Prime Time Zone. The broadcaster only fulfills its duty to inform the population about the facts investigated and disclosed by the Senate commission. We understand that such request violates the principle of Press Freedom in our country.
