Residents evacuate condominium after partial fall of building roof; families will be relocated to hotels in the region until completion of repair works
Another building is at risk of collapsing in the city of Miami, US USA. On Wednesday, 9, during a rain, residents of a condominium in the Miami Gardens area were surprised when part of the roof of several apartments fell. The fall was enough for the inhabitants to abandon their apartments, in a situation of panic. Residents were relocated to hotels in the region, paid by the condominium administrator, until a repair work is carried out. The city of Miami has already said that no work will be done before carrying out an inspection of the site. The new accident comes two months after the collapse of the Champlain Towers building, which killed 98 people and left 150 families homeless.
