Presidente would go to Manaus on Saturday to participate in a motorcycle; medical report says there is no expected discharge
The president Jair Bolsonaro announced this Thursday, 15, on his Twitter account, that he postponed his visit to Manaus, scheduled for Saturday. He also canceled Thursday’s live. “For reasons of hospitalization, I communicate the impossibility of performing today’s live, and our trip to Manaus is postponed”, he wrote. Bolsonaro was hospitalized on Wednesday, in Brasília, with abdominal pain and persistent hiccups. He was transferred to Vila Nova Star hospital, in Sao Paulo, on Thursday, after being diagnosed with an intestinal obstruction. The latest medical bulletin reported that the president is progressing satisfactorily, but there is still no forecast for discharge.
