O Brazil registered 15.271 new cases of Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, which makes this Monday, the 19th, the day with the lowest number of infections in 2021. The last time the number was lower than that was on November 16, 2020, when 13,371 were counted. The data were released by National Council of Health Secretaries (Conass) through newsletter update at 18h. With that, the total of cases increased to 19,391,845. In the same period, 542 deaths were recorded, which raised the total number of deaths to 542,756. The moving average of deaths went to 1,218, while the average of new cases showed a small drop, going to 40.696.
