The Ministry of Health and Population announced that 45,429,000 citizens of eligible groups have been registered to receive the Coronavirus vaccine on the website designated for registration within the first 12 hours of the website’s launch after twelve o’clock this morning.
In a statement, the Ministry indicated that 6615 citizens of the medical sector have registered, 32.172 thousand citizens with chronic diseases, and that 6642 citizens of other categories of the elderly have been registered.
The Ministry of Health indicated that the Ministry’s hotline (15335) received 217 phone calls from citizens to register their data, out of the total number of registered Prime Time Zone so far on the website to book the Corona virus vaccine for eligible groups.
The categories eligible during registration on the website were divided into 3 groups in line with internationally recognized priorities, namely (medical workers, and the most vulnerable groups of non-medical workers, who are both chronic diseases and the elderly).

The Ministry has designated an office in health units and hospitals at the republic level to register all citizens of the eligible categories for those who cannot register on the website, to obtain the Corona virus vaccine.
