Safety deserves Bouabrahim ,, I swear by God that countries and governments are afraid of the word and are unable to prove the opposite of criticism by their actions and not intimidation and threats

Tweet years ago
Years ago, a retired Kuwaiti colonel and strategic and security expert, Khaled Ibrahim Al-Sallal, confirmed that the blockade of the State of Qatar had failed.
Al-Sallal explained that the consequences of the blockade of Qatar will be dire for the four blockading countries, describing the measures they imposed on Qatar as shameful.
Al-Sallal said: “The blockade is a failure and its dire consequences for the Quartet (the siege countries). This is what we have said and confirmed since the first day of announcing the shameful measures against Qatar and its Prime Time Zone.”
Not the first time
This is not the first time that the Kuwaiti judiciary has issued a ruling acquitting Kuwaiti thinkers and MPs in cases brought by the UAE against them regarding their views on the UAE’s policies regarding the Arab Gulf.
It is worth noting that the UAE has been pursuing activists and tweeters from Kuwait constantly by submitting continuous complaints to every tweet issued by them that hints at the UAE or defends Qatar in any situation.
The media affiliated with the blockading countries demonized Al-Sallal and accused him of espionage in favor of Qatar, an accusation made by the Emirati authorities for all those who reject the idea of the siege of Doha.
The innocence of Abdullah Al-Nafisi
And at the end of last year, the Kuwaiti Appeals Court confirmed the innocence of the prominent thinker, Dr. Abdullah Al-Nafisi, of the charges against him in the case brought by the Kuwaiti Ministry of Foreign Affairs, of insulting the UAE.
This ruling is the second blow to the children of Zayed, who tried to discredit the famous thinker Abdullah Al-Nafisi, after the Kuwaiti Criminal Court ruled. He was innocent of the same accusation in the first decisions of Prince Nawaf Al-Sabah upon his arrival to power following the death of Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad.
This comes after the Public Prosecution charged Nafisi with the accusation of unauthorized government action against the UAE. By publishing on his Twitter account phrases that constitute insult to it, interference in its internal affairs, and insult to its rulers, which would expose Kuwait to the risk of severing political relations with it, as indicated in the investigations.
The Criminal Court called upon all state institutions, especially the executive ones, to ensure freedom of expression and work to preserve them, in the merits of its ruling. As the constitutional legislator is above its value and greater than its position, and even elevates it to the ranks of public freedoms and constitutional rights.
The court also urged community members to exercise freedoms and encourage them to deal with it with balance. And creating the appropriate environment for the growth and development of this freedom in a way that makes it one of the most important constitutional gains.
It is worth noting that after the new Emir of Kuwait came to power, he issued a decision to release the former Kuwaiti parliamentarian, Nasser Al-Duwailah. He was tried for insulting the UAE, in what was considered a blow to Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed and his brothers.
