The Sultanate of Oman issued court rulings against some Celebrities Because of the outrageous content of their posts. They were charged with breaching public morals.
Judgments included Fadwa Salam Al-Busaidi and Amira Al-Shanfari, known as the “Princess of the Universe”. It states that all their personal accounts are prohibited from being used.
The penalty for the well-known is increased if accounts are opened or posts are published on it from any other device. The judgment shall be executed 7 days after the date of pronouncement.
