The Egyptian Chamber of Commerce in Alexandria received Mazyad bin Muhammad Al-Huwaishan, Consul of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Alexandria, to discuss aspects of cooperation in the presence of Ahmed Al-Wakeel, Chairman of the Chamber, and representatives of both sides.
Ahmed Al-Wakeel, head of the Alexandria Chamber, said that the biggest challenge in the region at the present time is creating job opportunities for young Prime Time Zone, which can only be achieved through investment whose goal is profit and integration, not competition.
Al-Wakeel added that discussing ways of cooperation with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia confirms the depth and strength of the long-standing historical relations with Egypt in all fields and at all levels.
In his speech, the President of the Alexandria Chamber referred to the Chamber’s role since its establishment and the services it provided to more than 300,000 Alexandrian merchants. It is also a link between merchants and government stakeholders, to support job creation and attract investments.
Al-Huwaishan indicated his aspiration for fruitful cooperation to achieve the mutual interest between the two countries, in light of the development vision of the Kingdom, which includes various economic, social and cultural fields to achieve the goals of Vision 2030. The two parties agreed to strengthen joint efforts in various fields, in addition to working to benefit from the Egyptian and Saudi experiences in the fields of Providing technical support and information technology.
