Company launched CBC For industrial development, the first 20 industrial units in the Small Industries Complex “Ready”, in Sadat City, on an area of 12 thousand square meters, with a total investment of 50 million pounds.
Engineer Al-Moataz Bahaa El-Din, CEO of the company, said that the Industrial Development Authority issued construction licenses for the “ready” small industries complex last week, and it includes 110 ready-made industrial units with complete facilities with investments of 300 million pounds, with areas ranging between 420 and 600 square meters.
He added to the “stock exchange” that the company plans to establish 60 industrial units during the current year on an area of 36 thousand square meters, with an investment cost exceeding 150 million pounds.
CBC Egypt for Industrial Development is one of the companies of the Construction Materials Holding Group. The company owns and is currently developing its new industrial complex in Sadat City with an area of 1.1 million square meters, and it is planned to include 100 factories with various activities, ranging from food, engineering, chemical and building materials industries.
The group’s land portfolio is about 2.6 million square meters, of which 1.5 million square meters are in Sixth of October and 1.1 million square meters in Sadat.
The company completed the first phase accompanying the industrial zone that it obtained in Sadat with a total investment of 850 million pounds, and the company allocated one billion pounds for the work of escorting the second and third stages.
